• Room rates are USD American Dollars & do not include taxes.

• Maximum number of guests per room are 2 adults.

• Refunds on cancellations made less than 10 days are subject to re-rental of room minus a $25.00 processing fee.

• Acceptable payments are: Cash; Check; Visa; Master; Discover & American Express Cards.

• For the comfort of all, smoking is not permitted inside & only in designated outdoor areas. If smoking in room or other damaged is caused by abuse, you be required to pay for any damage; for smoking, a $250 damage deposit will be charged to your account.

• Long distance cards may be purchased for $5.00 plus tax.

• Open all year round.

• Discounts available: State DFS: ATK employees and Active Military given with a 2 nights minimal stay, 15%.

• Check in times are between 5:00 & 7:00 pm. Check out: 12:00 noon. (Other times can be arranged.)
